1. When you proceed to purchase you agree to these terms.
2. All prices on the website are in euors and include VAT but exclude shipping. Both individuals and businesses can order. Businesses can receive an invoice.
3. Beauty by Elke is registered in the ‘Kruispuntbank der ondernemingen’ (database of companies) in Belgium. Our VAT number is BE0897.909.895. We are located in Heist-op-den-Berg (Belgium).
4. This website has inventory control. However, mistakes can happen. If a product is not in stock you will be notified and your payment will be refunded. It is not possible to get extra compensation when a product is not in stock.
5. Our photos are as accurate as possible. Yet it is possible that your computer monitor displays colours a bit different. Please keep this in mind.
6. When we receive your payment your products will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually the first business day after the day that we received your payment. Should the products not arrive, please contact us and we will make sure you will get an appropriate solution.
7. Consumers who buy on the internet have the right to decide within 7 days that they want to return a product. However this is not possible when a product is used, when the seal is broken or with products that we cannot be sure of that they haven’t been tested (such as mascaras). You should send these products back in a safe package for which you are responsible.
8. Mistakes are always possible. If you notice a mistake made by us, please contact us as soon as possible.
9. Information about you such as your address will only be used by Beauty by Elke to deliver your order, for administration and for marketing purposes by Beauty by Elke. We will not pass your information to third parties.
10.Photos on this site are property of Elke Tuteleers. When used without permission you will be demanded to remove them immediately.
11. If you place an order that includes a pre-sale item, all items will be shipped as soon as this item becomes available with us.
12. When we don’t receive your payment within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
